Available now: a self-service pilot
One private room supports 2–8 people, including the host. The host creates an account and selects a mystery; colleagues join with a nickname and code. Everyone explores and solves the same case together. Use a separate voice or video call if the team is remote.
Private hunts are free during the beta. Choose the case length in the host setup, allow time for joining, and leave a short debrief after the reveal. There is no purchase or subscription needed for the current free flow.
Set up a useful first session
- Have the organiser try the demo and check that the game suits the group’s reading and access needs.
- Invite a small volunteer group, explain the activity, and keep the time commitment clear.
- Wait for everyone in the lobby. Once the host starts, new players cannot join that case.
- Rotate who explains a clue and keep hints available. The shared solution is the goal.
- Ask what the team enjoyed and what made participation difficult before scheduling another session.
What larger events would need
Managed facilitation, a company-wide event dashboard, combined cross-room scoring, bespoke development, procurement paperwork and a service-level commitment are not part of the current offering. No corporate price or availability is being promised here.
